Offering the first major improvement in railed system technology in many years, Tamarack’s rail based FM system is easy to Install, extremely intuitive and can be used with any off-the-shelf roof attachment. Various snow and wind ratings can be met with the two profiles available. An industry first, our 50/50 Module Clamp works as a mid-clamp and as an end-clamp with all module types. For premium aesthetics, our Channel Clamp can be used at the ends of rows allowing the rails to be cut flush with the edge of the module frames. The FM System offers multiple innovative assets including: excellent wire management, using the open rail channels for module and MLPE wiring, single tool installation and easy to handle 10.5-foot and 7-foot rails. Shorter rail lengths facilitate easier shipping, transportation, stocking, and handling. Kits made with 7-foot rails can be shipped via UPS! The rails feature a very unique internal splice design allowing for economical use of shorter rails. The low-cost splice features tool-free installation and does not interfere with module clamps or roof mounts. Rail mounting is simple and easy. There is never any drilling and parts can be brought on the roof fully assembled and ready to be installed. Simply position the adapter into the T-slots of the rail, and tighten the bolt.
